For people who are procrastinators may find that putting in place a set schedule along with a alarm helpful in ensuring that all their work gets done. For people with children it is especially difficult to stay focused on work, but by stationing your office in a quite place you will not get distracted from your work. However this is not possible for everyone, so setting times to work around your children's schedule allows you to be productive.
